Return eligibility
- Digital products (audio files, videos, or downloadable content) are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed
- Physical products must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- All original accessories and free items must be included
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required
Condition requirements
- Products must be in new, resalable condition
- Items must be free from signs of use or wear
- Original packaging must be intact and undamaged
- All tags and labels must remain attached
- ASMR equipment must include all original components and manuals
Non-returnable items
- Digital downloads after access or download
- Custom-made or personalized ASMR recordings
- Personal hygiene items (such as microphone covers)
- Sale items marked as “Final Sale”
- Gift cards
Return process
- Contact our customer service team at returns@kernowcalm.com
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
- Package your item securely with the RAN clearly marked
- Ship the item to our returns center using tracked shipping
Refund processing
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 3-5 business days after receiving the return
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
- Return shipping for damaged/defective items will be covered by Kernow Calm
Exchange policy
- Exchanges are processed as a return and new purchase
- Original return policy applies to exchanged items
- Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly
International returns
- International customers are responsible for all shipping costs
- Import duties and taxes are non-refundable
- Return shipping must include proper customs documentation
